    no. that is the general information available to the public... they cant disclose anything further than what the public should know... even if they do know whats going on

    i.e. only MEO can update the market as to what is going on with the state of the farmin

    also, the deal could possibly be done... it may just not be finished being signed off on - hence not legally binding just yet
