They were always going to be quoted, it was specifically called out in the announcement the company put out about the cap raise.
The interesting question is why weren't they quoted in the first place? All of the Peak deals I've seen come with listed options attached. They've done two now for another stock I hold (CDT) and both have listed options attached.
