My comments; obviously a terrific growing market, but why is there zero guidance on growth, being a lot of PGC directors is not a great selling point given PGC has been a poor investment, lastly given the poor track record of PGC and managements lack of skin in the game the same appears, here. I am cautious when I see such a great story yet management are so reluctant to even support the capital raise themselves. Albeit Mark Simari has just bought 150K worth - maybe a show of support for such a poor debut.
Also while Ward looks to be a pretty solid and exciting business why was it sold on such a cheap multiply.
If Careteq can continue to grow at current recent pace should be a great opportunity which again begs the question why are the people in the know not invested ?
