it would be great to keep seeing these "unique" treatments in the near future. now that R327 has also shown not to create any safety concern at the first low concentrations in the body; I would imagine that it could also be used under the TGA scheme for intravenous treatments. the higher we go with the dose without any problems, the more likely that could then also be approved for those types of "last option treatments"
just imagine having a patient with serious sepsis now being successfully treated with R327 as the last option. what boost that would give for the ongoing trial.
