smart move! BHP tell thir amigos INSTOS about what the deal is then the Amigos do 3 cents X mill of shares covering BHP from doing the dirty job and:

1. BHP get rid of small shareholders like us

2. BHP keep out of the picture as much as possible

3. BHP friends INstos make a few 100 th or Mill $ but they keep BHP happy as a good amigo and they will return the a favour another time.
