He did, he did, he did, After Nik Zuks evidence Chameleon sought an adjournment to amend their Statement of Claim further in their favaour. Zuks' Winterfall, now Crosslands was aware that Barnes and Grimaldi were using Chameleon funds to assist them in the procurent of the Jack Hills and Weld Range tenements. Despite Zuks being concderned about Barnes' and Grimaldi's providing monies from Chameleon he proceed with the arrangement and received a major financial benefit with the sale of his Winterfall to MMX.
