I still think there will be a cap raising for working expenses etc once CETO III has been proven, but that wont hurt too much.

A $37 mill raising at 10-12c for a 5MW one-off site - its just pointless. Retail shareholders wont deliver that much, the 22c "sophisticated" shareholders have been burnt and wont be back with full pockets and CWE would have to sell the farm to raise it from anywhere else. I guess EDF could come into some restructured southern hemisphere deal, but why bother for a 5MW site in OZ when all that effort/money could go into one of their own sites?

I'll be scouring the french sites for info from now on.
