After all, rather than massively diluting CWE shareholders with a 5MW project off Garden Island, they'd get a project fee, a licence fee, income from their work and expertise on the project right from the start and have EDF's support and no doubt some further generous support from the French govt (though i'm not in the habit of expecting that anymore!)
