At this stage I won't take the SPP offer. I bought some more on mkt sub .85 & if they get there again I might top up. I need more info re this court case & water issues for me to participate, & why would they go against the norm & opt for no BPAY. A MOU would clinch it for me. ESG is a free carry anyhow, so if I have to pay a bit more post positive announcements so be it. For as long as i've been in ESG (2005) there has been takeover talk (& with every other stock I own as well) so I give that zero consideration.... if it happens it happens.
