This is all part of the history of innovation: businesses copying other businesses and then out-competing them by improving on the copied product. That said ripping off low-tech Segway is different to attempting to rip off a complicated piece of high tech with various black-box elements to it. By the time they figure it out, Brainchip would have already evolved their tech beyond that.
