It appears a play to draw out a higher price from EMR. The good thing for the company is that it is producing approx. 100,000oz at a very good margin. Maybe Xinhe will offer to accept a higher price to wrap up the outstanding court proceedings. Maybe they'll act like the proverbial stone in the the shoe for as long as they can. Who knows? No need to rush things, just play the game out to its conclusion. The directors will act in the best interest of holders, and I trust them.
