Ann: New Capital Call Notice under continuing agreement with LDA, page-64

My only question is has the share price been artificially inflated to get more money for the capital call from LDA Capital, although I am not sure what formula was used to calculate the daily VWAP from the commencement of the put option. Coincidence or not that we are seeing the share price increase at a time a put option is called on LDA capital. BRN management would have known about this call. I'm not complaining about the share price increase, just don't want this to come back on BRN at any point if there has been any shenanigans going on to raise more capital.
