    Hi Volt,

The only source I know is the etrade site which only provides the figure that day.

I copy figures at end of each day into an excel spread sheet and go from there. I wish there was a free site which provided historical data - but I haven't found one - particularly as I travel internationally once a year for six or seven weeks - so I lose the chance to maintain good long-term historical records.

I'll look at providing the chart with an sma18 later.

The A/D Line is a cumulative sum of Advances minuses Declines.

I do a lot of number crunching on it - including UpVol/DownVol, RSI, A/D Ratio, Trin, etc.

All of which is interesting but the pure A-D cumulative chart provides a neat summation of what is going on.

The A/D ratio chart provides good information about overbought/oversold - but needs care in interpretation - as with most things. I put up an A/D Ratio chart middle of last week which showed the huge volatility going on - swings from record lows to highs for this bull rally occurred in the last week or so. I'll also post a A/D Ratio chart later.

    Cheers
    Red
