Thanks Veritas for filling in with the lounge opening and shouting the food and drinks as well. Pretty amazing day in the day trading rooms today. As long as you sniffed out the right lithiums and iron ores you've probably had a reasonable day out. The overall market was atrocious with the general market facing head winds and a very heavy track. We had 47 line up today with most stables represented. Of these 25 finished in the green ,16 red and 6 unchanged, an excellent effort with the All Ords down 80 points. BOOM o'meter was a solid 32 ,again very high for such a down market day . The tip of the day and an outstanding award goes to IOU opened .195 /top fluc .245 /closed .24 .It came from @zac2500 and @takizawa2.Well done both of you, nice tip and 1st award for Zac. We had seven for honorable mentions today. Stewards room was quiet although CRR went into a TH for a drilling report on its base metals gig. Sobar smells a duster given the heavy sell off from a high of .095 down to .086 before the TH took place. Any way Sobar has been wrong before and all will be revealed next week. Sobar had a very nice day with his portfolio being up 1.5% ,which I would take any day when the market is down 1.03%.Main contributors being HAW ,WIN ,ARU and TLM.
