I've written to them as well. I've also written to the Thai one twice. And the Malaysian one.
They just ignore it so I gave up on contacting distributors.
I bet they won't even bother getting back to you even though it's officially sold now.You shouldn't listen to anything on that site. They don't know wtf they're on about.
