Yep, I think we're on the right pony.
I'm not sure why we would sell even part of our well-performing (money-making) company to LFS; a company that struggled to demonstrate to institutional investors (the so-called 'smart' money) that it was worthy of their investment over multiple years.
In my view, the more I look at LFS, the more I think we would be increasing the downside risk to SH with no reward for taking on that risk. I am now, despite not yet having seen the due diligence or 1H report, even less likely to support this offer.
