Only guessing because it looks like Shell here are dragging their heels, and have other things like Prelude and Gorgon to worry about.
On the other hand, Oilers like STO may want to get into the game in the Browse Basin.
This is only my speculation given the lack of activity from Shell regarding NXS and the recent tie with STO. Again, there's always the Japs, Koreans, and Chinese sniffing around with Billions of captital to be invested. It will be a pity if a local company doesn't take this opportunity. Then again, its been happening for the last 50 years so why change now huh?
