The answer to your question is why not however it needs to be weighed against the facts that since at least 2018 Brainchip have been raising awareness and marketing in Europe. On top of this last year the CFO Ken Scarince who studied German in his youth and spent some time there was tasked with presenting to German/European investors and a lot of effort has gone into building interest.
I am sure you would have noticed we have an increasing number of posters from Germany and Europe and the validation by Mercedes would have played particularly well to a hometown audience.
Absent some statement by the companies or reaching five percent requiring a notice it will remain an unknown possibility.
We might be lucky and some of the European 1000 eyes network will find something.
