nonsensical reasons to cancel a visa.

I could understand querying incorrect information on the visa application
or the validity of medical advice to justify exemption but to claim the reason
is that it would enbolden anti vax sentiment is outright crazy. Its
speculative and surely no court would accept speculation as a basis for
such an important decision.
