At a time of

• Enormous amounts of cheap finance
• Worldwide fertiliser shortages
• Prices of fertiliser going up
• Investors desperate to find ESG type projects

DNK can't find a measly $100 mil or so to get the project underway. Have to wonder what's going on, and how serious everyone is about getting the project done. Have to also wonder if the government is one day going to tell them to get it done or get out of the way, especially if there are time limits applying.
