    Unfortunately (for them) it simply boils down to the fact they have a poor business for the business model they are pursuing.

    Times and markets have changed.

    Their announcement highlights a total failure to understand their plight with no references to the clump of items that prosperity rightly flagged.

    There is no way out of the mess.
