if you have shares outside of a Smsf in your name you can do an inspecie transfer, however going from one fund to another you need to roll out your money and my understanding is it gets cashed out and transferred as cash and then you buy your shares. Maybe the best way would be to do a partial rollout of all of your cash and place that into your Smsf and then purchase your relevant shares and then do a cash down of the super shares in your Australian super and roll that over.
