    I reckon rally will start soon and will close at 29.

    i agree, but not today or in the short future

    like i said before there is too many sellers for a stock that has been recommended buy.

    I maintain that is a buy of their shares. The recent SPP offer wouldnt do this because its a recommended buy...good grief.
