I suppose the thing is, if there was a huge customer that runs over 100mill plus a year, you wouldn't go straight to giving DW8 all 100mill. You might say "here take 1 million for the next 6 months, lets' see what how we go". 1 M seems like a nice round number. With our DIFOT customer service etc, imagine if you work for CUB in management and you can pay DW8 a fee and they deliver, imagine the cost savings for them (assuming Cub have their own current delivery structure - dunno).
