Do you feel the return of capital was to push back against activist investors. Not sure how giving back the capital does that though? whats the pyschology?

Never seen amything like it, a micro cap barely scratching a profit giving cash back because it doesnt need it. Thats crazy, there has to be a real good reason to do it. Was it to appease disgruntle investors.
