Interesting how the official narrative changed from the issues being Not having the right paperwork, and only being double-vaxed is safe for entry to the country (both of which were demonstrably false in his case) to Letting someone in who refuses to be vaccinated is unsafe because it will send the wrong messsage about the importance of getting vaccinated. (which at this point is just... disturbing)
