Good comment. This is the only headwind I have been concerned about. Inflation in the US has cracked 7% and this is placing considerable pressure on the reserve to reign this back in - which in turn will make lending more expensive. Given the resource they have available this shouldnt be a problem BUT they also need to lock in a good interest rate. Hoping for an announcement early in Q1 rather than later.
