Here is a chart of GPT i have in metastock (just bought it)
Distributions around 1 cent per quarter (4 cents p/a)
So buying GPT @ 60 cents would yield 4/60 ... about 6.5% return which is better than sitting in a bank i guess. so maybe the SP wont go down anymore. But then again PBG isnt paying dividends are its been heading up for months :S
