it will take time and I'd be interested to now if they have the same CEO then.
My impression of Brett Smith when I met him was he doesn't muck about . Makes changes / rationalisations then is keen to get on not necessarily at MLX. An guy different to the conventional Urbane CEO but obviously highly effective.
