People keep posting this, but look at the broker data over the past few months and there hasn't been anywhere that has been accumulating. I haven't looked in the past week or two so that may have changed now but more than likely the drop and price being low was just due to:
- industry in general being hit
- IOU lumped in as "only a BNPL" like the others
- being an overseas company that is not front of mind to most retail investors
- bad taste in everyone's mouth from the highs last Feb and nothing too exciting happening since
- Spending lots of cash without seeing the 'actual' results of cash coming in from new areas of business (this is the big one IMO, as any technical site would have IOU as a real concern due to all available financial indicators trending the wrong way without having any of the 'context' that explains this)
I don't think it has been manipulated to any real degree apart from pips here and there maybe
