"Both the United States and the European Union have now declared graphite a “supply critical mineral”."

My suggestion to both is they get their acts together and stitch up a reliable, guaranteed supply and guess who's got just that? Given China's beligerent attitude of late which seems to be their new normal, I'm sure both the E.U. and the U.S. will not want to rely on China for future supply of a critical mineral such as graphite. Anything critical for that matter these days. China is barely able to keep up with its own demand at the moment and won't give a sh*t about anyone else, the U.S. especially.
My feeling is that as part of his extensive overseas tour, Trevor will be meeting with various parties/financiers/offtakers/partners, whoever, for a face to face for the purpose of finalising deals/arrangements or whatever you want to call them. Given past history, he's done all the hard work and now is going to visit in person with the VRC rubber stamp and ink pad.
