Of course they will need to raise funds. My point is, you have been claiming that this is being manipulated for the purpose of accumulation and that once there is some news it will take off.
I am suggesting that this is being held low so that, once news arrive it is from a lower base and consequently makes the CR more dilutive.
Happy to stay invested here as I believe the garnet results will cause a re-rate to at least mid 30cents.
