Honestly IMO it is not hard to see how your interpretation of things has had you hold from $5 to 3cps.
I am pretty sure they have stated the only "majority of approvals " is for strengthening and developing the UG mine entrance.
Of course with rose tinted glasses on one could get somewhat overly excited about such a thing but the reality is it's a bit like feeding a mob of starving pigs one cup full of grain to share.........can you picture it.
Lets be honest the company has been very good at that in recent years.
