Btw, each and every day, judges issue orders to police and bailiff to enforce. Do you think the Police/Bailiff will obey or will ignore the order? And no those Orders didn't go through Parliament!!!
Just because you don't like it, does not mean it can not be enforced.
Go ask Novak what its like to challenge the Minister's discretionary powers under the Migration Act...lol
