When you look at the GT! chart, it appears GT1 is getting more brownie points than ADV from the agreement:
"GT1 can increase to 80% from 51% for $3.5 to ADV!"
Do ADV really know the potential? allowing GT1 to raise their stake from 51% to 80% for only $3.5 million, may not have taken all factors into account.
Correct me, if I'm mistaken.
