Zenith offers the deposits, they offer the processing plant.
and one more thing to mention, the " new opportunities" under warratah well and split rocks
this means ZNC has or eyeing a lithium project and will be added to the JV....
This marriage is made in heaven...
EVM plant will be in Saudi Arabia "no China, US or India " over crowded countries with high competition.
crown prince MBS has a vision to transform KSA by 2025... and he is looking at investment in renewables, ESG etc....
and definitely WA ,safe jurisdiction with no sovereign risk with high grade lithium...
For a junior explorer like Zenith its hard and troublesome to get a money from instos, to get the projects up and running, working on PFS,DFS etc....its just hard.
Their strategy where they can offload percentage of their assets and be in JVs is working well....
1-Lower risk
2-Average (15% 25% 40%) returns on individual projects but combined will be worth way more.
3-Creating value for us shareholders
4- tight register, the market cap a lot of room to grow...
5- low cash burn and using cash wisely
6-No Issuing shares right left and centre
7- management preforming their jobs well
Zenith is a Great investment Case...
FIFO....Fit IN before It Flies OFF
