Hi Roar, the next 6-12 months should reveal which of the two scenarios you've provided will play out. The announcement 22 Dec re sale of international business to Morningstar will most likely be finalised in this time. All goes well the company has provided guidance in the same announcement that it will be in a position to pay a dividend in FY23. Not sure if this is a one off distribution for the proceeds of the int'l sale or the commencement of payment of regular divies. Would have to re read the announcement.
