Different companies are working on various sensors. They could be a camera, LIDAR, pressure, taste, olfactory, etc. Some of these companies are making the sensors so that their outputs are optimized for an SNN.
What processor do we know of that is pretty much sensor agnostic, handles spiking neural networks, is commercially available, and has already been used in an automotive application? That's a tough one... maybe Akida?
Cheers for the valiant attempt at trying to misdirect from what seems to be a logical conclusion. I know it's not a concrete answer, but it is certainly an exciting prospect and certainly fits a niche that Brainchip's Akida nicely fills.
