Are you serious? asxdragonslayer just suggested that AGY could have a 3ktpa rather than 2ktpa process design, despite their announcements clearly identifying it as a 2ktpa operation.
A larger process design would clearly constitute information that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the share price, noting that any technical grade production from the suggested additional 1ktpa would still achieve significant profit.
Therefore, if AGY failed to disclose a larger process design, that would constitute a significant ASX continuous disclosure breach.
Is that really that hard to understand?
