I really like the project generation model that leverages JV's to take to projects to market. It allows us to get some runs on the board more quickly, decreases capital raises, and allows the team to focus on finding and developing more opportunities. From a SP perspective I believe it will deliver better and quicker returns as positive newsflow increases. I've invested in another project generator, and the returns have been a magnitude better than most VC or hedge funds can generate. I really like the team, the projects and their strategy.
