Hi Kydog, if your investing for a short term gain mabie considering we are waiting on the blm approval, mabie not considering we have just had a kick. , if your investment timeframe is long term and we get the blm approval then the odds are stacked in your favor. dollar cost averaging may be an option for you. ( buyer a smaller parcel and watch for entry points).
