I think for $70mil, MXC could have purchased the whole Malta Enterprise park.

I am actually quite staggered that they have three credit raises to fund the initial $5mil project - and have received a $5mil grant from from the Maltese government in the meantime - and the facility is smaller, not for the original purpose - and is still not completed.

Malta was the last straw for me (there were several straws before that that were somewhat confusing and disappointing). The level of incompetence and dodgy behaviour eventually wore me down.

Been hoping that they would improve over time but they seem to have dug a deeper hole for themselves.
