Incitec Pivot's phosphate hill mine started as a dso operation. Alot of the best phosphate deposits around the world started as dso operations.
You can't find any dso mines because most of the high grade dso rp around the world has been already been mined. What mak has is quite rare, pity it's not a bit closer to the coast. But then that's probably the reason it hasn't been mined.
