Thanks for sharing John and I share the same sentiment regarding this. I just saw your post on the other thread, but, I might as well combine here. I'm also of the belief the delays are due to the strict policies in place and disclosures IHL need to make to ensure the application is all 100%.

The market conditions aren't the best lately and additionally, I think that IHL are waiting for better conditions to pull the trigger under the advisement of roth etc

Your points are all valid and appreciate people bringing level headed views into this instead of the usual "we are gunna list, omg I'm going to be rich, I'm going to eat my cake bs" etc NOT always the case.
