I don't think Tony can answer your question at this time. There have been no ann that PLV have ended discussions with those interested third parties (who ever they are) so we can only presume that discussions are still progressing, all be it a lot slower now one would assume, so he would likely still be bound by any commercial in confidence agreements in place preventing him from divulging who the third parties are let alone what price was being negotiated.
