could be a dud... but risk v reward from this level is compelling. waiting for confirmation from retrospective quarterlies will mean the ship will have sailed....but my risk tolerance is pretty high so not for every one.

Business is useless until they actually do something. Until then all hopes and dreams with a nice 11 mill debt
next time do proper research before buying into a dud
