    MLX in the box seat, either will collect $20 mil cash or shares, $20 mil worth of shares at 20c a share thats 100,000,000 shares even if SP is at 50c, at this rate if CYM can't do a cap raise and pay the $20 mil then possible that MLX may take over CYM, I am not a financial advisor or have internal info so I could be wrong, please anyone correct me if I am wrong
