so Goodman sells his stake for $46m. Makes a profit of about $18m from the rights issue
he has hardly any shares left
then he offers to sell Morabin airport for $200m for script say 300 m shares @ .65
there are 3 billion shares so that would give him about 10% of the company. might be a lot less than that
or something like that
this is like doing a rubics cube
oh well if he doesn't buy back in for any reason, I'm out.
