We have to remember that every day they don't drill they have to pay expenses - lease payments, salaries and wages etc. In this case, time realy is money.
It is perplexing that BNL is not pushing forward with drilling at a more urgent pace.
Yes, change of government was out of their control but they did procrastinate in getting permit applications in - they stated they were doing so 5 months before the elcetion - but it seems they did not.
It is now 14 nonths or so since the election and over 12 months since the new permit rules have been in place.
Everything is moving at glacial pace. BNL is not a biotech where research can take years. Drilling a hole is not rocket science and, relatively, not that complicated.
