My figures come out remarkably similar assuming a PE of 11;

Bear: Copper is $3/lb... ASIC is around $2.50/lb
MC = $330m

Realist: Copper is $3.80/lb... ASIC is $2.25lb
MC = $1,045

Bull: Copper is $4.50/lb... ASIC is $2.00/lb
MC = $1,683m

The way I see it is simple; every dollar I put in now will at the very least triple over the next year or so. Not a bad rate of return given the potential upside. Of course there's the chance to 10+ bag if the price of copper is favourable.

Currently, this is nothing more than a game of patience.
